As a midwife and doula, I focus on preparing and supporting you and your partner (or other support person) for birth on your own terms. I combine my medical knowledge and experience, with the holistic practices I've gathered during the years. The goal if for you both to feel supported and empowered throughout the whole journey.
The Tailored Support Package
This is for you who's looking for continuous support from a doula & midwife during pregnancy, to best prepare for birth and postpartum, but not necessarily wanting a doula present at the birth itself.
The package includes:

An introductory meeting

Two birth-preparation sessions in your home (total 5 hrs - read more below!)

A follow up call or meeting 2-3 weeks before due date (1 hr)

Support in creating a birth plan

Ongoing support and contact via phone or email during pregnancy, birth and early postpartum

Travel expenses within Malmö
-
Postpartum session & breastfeeding support (2 hrs)
INVESTMENT: 6,000 kr
Friskvårdsbidrag can be used for both the pregnant person and partner on parts of the package. Payment plans available
Important: My services do not replace your regular midwife or doctor check-ups. Even though I am a midwife, my services here focus mainly on information and practical, emotional and mental support - not medical advice! I currently do not offer home births as a midwife, but can support you as a doula if you are planning a home birth with another midwife present.
The Whole Doula Package
This is for you who's looking for continuous support from a doula & midwife during pregnancy, to best prepare for birth and postpartum, AND want a doula present during your birth.
The package includes:

24/7 on-call availability from 10 days before due date until your baby is born

I currently have very limited spots for the whole birth doula package. If you feel that I resonate with you, contact me and we can schedule a free of charge/no commitment call or meeting and figure out how I can best support you, or if needed refer you to another doula.
Birth Prep Sessions
During the 2 sessions we focus on both practical, emotional and mental preparation. The sessions are tailored to your wishes and needs and together we create a safe space for you to prepare for your birth son your own terms.

The process
1) Introduction
Contact me and tell me about your wishes and needs. We will schedule a no-obligation meet in person or online were you will get more information and can ask questions.
2) Reflection
Take som time and reflect, listen to your intuition and decide what works best for you.
3) Contract
If you wish to proceed with me, we sign a contract and make a payment plan. The first invoice is sent out when booking. If I'm not the right match for you, let me know if I can refer your elsewhere.
