YOGA
A space to ground in your body and mind during pregnancy or after birth with your baby.

A 5-week course with soft yoga honoring the transition of pregnancy. Strengthening yoga asanas, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation from a holistic perspective.

Yoga for mamas with babies. Both beginners group and continuation group available.

A 4-week course with different themes focusing on yoga and tools preparing for birth. Two hour sessions with space for questions and reflections. Small group.
